Scary Videos: “Blackwater” has drawn much controversy over the last few years, but remains intact as the worlds largest private army. At least 90 percent of the company’s revenue comes from government contracts, of which two-thirds are no-bid contracts. Since June 2004, Blackwater has been paid more than $320 million out of a $1 billion, five-year State Department budget for the Worldwide Personal Protective Service, which protects U.S. officials and some foreign officials in conflict zones.
